Only head coaches of teams sponsored by St. John / Bevis Athletic Association or St. John the Baptist CYO can reserve fields at the St. John / Bevis Athletic Association complex.

Field Assignments might be changed to facilite rescheduling of older teams.

St. John Athletic Association discourages the practice of rescheduling games for reasons other than weather or offical school functions.

To reserve a field or reschedule a game canceled by inclement weather:

• Check the web site for field availability and reserve the field by contacting (preferably by email) Bob Rost.
• Confirm game with the other coach.
• Softball coaches need to contact the softball coordinator to arrange for umpires.
• Check the web site periodically to make sure games are scheduled on the proper day and time.
• Games that are being reschedule for reasons other than weather need to be cleared with the appropriate coordinator.

On each table, the following color code is used:

• Black - Originally Scheduled Northwest Game or Greater Miami Softball Game
• Orange - Originally Scheduled AABC Game
• Blue - Originally Scheduled CYO game
• Red - Rescheduled Game (priority over practice)
• Purple - Practice times, these times can be used to rescheduled games
• Games that are crossed out (crossed out) are rain-out games that have been rescheduled
