St. John / Bevis Athletic Association is a volunteer organization that depends on it's members to help with various positions and jobs. Without volunteers, the Association can not provide a safe, fun and enjoyable experience for the players and spectators. All families who register a son or daughter for a sport automatically become members of the organization. Officers of the organization are elected by those members in good standing. Some of the elected positions require a nominal time commitment. There are many other jobs that need only a small commitment of time. The Officers & Trustees keep the organization running smoothly and efficiently. The current slate of officers and trustees is (term expires):
Another very important group of volunteers is the Sports Coordinators. These people are the link between SJAA and the various organizations that run the leagues our teams compete in. The current set of Coordinators is:

Last, but certainly not least, are the coaches. Each of these individuals volunteers several hours per week for each sport that they coach.
