All coaches and parents should be aware that if a situation arises that must be address by the Association, the following protocol will apply:

Step 1: The athletic coordinator for that particular sport will gather the information from all parties involved. If he/she can resolve the issue swiftly to all parties’ satisfaction, it is within his/her power to do so. If any of the parties involved are in disagreement with the decision of the coordinator or believes the issue should be brought to the attention of the entire organization, he/ she will forward a written report to the Vice President of the Association.

Step 2: The parties involved will come before the St. John/ Bevis Peer Review Committee to state their case. The Peer Review Committee is organized by the Vice President and comprised of three officers, one trustee and one member (in good standing) at large. A written report of the meeting must be made. The persons involved will then reconvene with the Peer Review Committee, appropriate action will be taken and full disclosure will be made at the next monthly meeting.
